How SARI is deployed in a company

There is no sign-up, no plans and no card payments. This is what happens between the first email and the first answered call, in general terms.

What the customer provides

Three things, none of them technical. First, the telephony they already have: SARI works on top of it; we do not sell numbers, lines or minutes. Second, what SARI needs to know: which questions it answers, in which words, and what it does when it does not know. Third, who each topic is transferred to and what happens when that person does not pick up.

The second one is the most work, and it is the customer’s work because nobody else knows their business. We turn it into the answer bank SARI uses, and that bank is what makes a known question get answered in about 160 ms.

What SARIBOT provides

The whole engine: speech recognition, language model and synthesis, from different providers and with automatic failover if the primary takes more than 450 ms. The connection to the customer’s telephony, through Sariphone, our voice platform on Rust and FreeSWITCH. And analytics on every call: separate-channel recording, transcription, summary and quality scoring, so you can read what happened and adjust.

Before going live it is tested in all three languages and with the interruptions real people make, not with scripts.

Where the data runs

On a dedicated server per deployment, in whichever jurisdiction the customer needs. Today our nodes are in Helsinki, in the European Union, and we have our own capacity in Germany that is brought up when a customer requires data residency there. We do not use managed services from the big cloud providers, nor a shared SaaS pooling several customers’ data.

What is not included

  • No self-service: there is no sign-up, plans or card payments on this site.
  • We do not sell numbers, porting or minutes. The telephony stays with the customer and their carrier.
  • Today SARI speaks Spanish, English and German. No other languages are in production.
  • It is not a text chatbot and does not replace one.

Where to start

Talk to it first. The browser demo is the same voice that answers the calls, no sign-up. If it makes sense after that, write to us with two facts: what telephony you have and which calls you are losing today. That is enough to quote the project.
