- ★AI receptionist, in production — handles Spanish, English and German, replies in about 600 ms and lets you cut in mid-sentence, with echo cancellation. Sessions start in 57 ms to first audio.
- •Analytics on every call — separate-channel recording, transcription, summary, sentiment analysis and quality scoring against weighted criteria. On real calls: 209 recordings, 218 transcriptions, 190 evaluations.
- •Multi-provider engine with failover — speech recognition, language model and speech synthesis from different vendors, failing over automatically when the primary takes longer than 450 ms. No single point of failure.
- •Multi-tenant phone system, in production — extensions, automatic phone provisioning and reseller white-label, at a telecoms operator in the United States, where it already carries virtually the whole operation.
