These terms apply to the public site sari-ai.com and its demos. Contracted products are additionally governed by the contract, the service levels and the conditions agreed with each customer.

This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Permitted use

You may browse the site and try the demos for legitimate evaluation purposes. You must not attempt to access other people’s accounts or data, circumvent limits, interfere with the service, automate abusive traffic, introduce malicious code or use the demos for unlawful activities.

2. Artificial-intelligence demo

AI-generated answers may contain errors and do not constitute medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Do not enter sensitive or secret data in the demo. For important decisions, verify the information with a qualified person.

3. Accounts and applications

Access to Sarident and other private systems is by invitation. Each user must protect their credentials, use only the data and functions they are authorised for and report suspicious access immediately. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, data or infrastructure.

4. Intellectual property

Trademarks, interfaces, texts, software and other content belong to SARIBOT SAS or its licensors. Visiting the site does not grant a licence to copy, redistribute, decompile or commercially exploit those elements.

5. Availability and liability

Demos are offered for evaluation and may change or be interrupted. SARIBOT does not warrant that public content is error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that Colombian law does not allow to be excluded.

6. Privacy, law and contact
