What is in production today
- •AI receptionist — answers in Spanish, English and German, understands what it is told and transfers the call. It replies in about 600 ms, and in 160 ms when the question is in its answer bank. It can be interrupted mid-sentence, with echo cancellation.
- •Analytics on every call — separate-channel recording — caller on one side, assistant on the other — transcription, summary, sentiment analysis and quality scoring against weighted criteria.
- •Multi-provider engine with failover — speech recognition, language model and speech synthesis from different providers. If the primary takes longer than 450 ms, the backup steps in. No single piece is a point of failure.
- •Operations-grade observability — metrics, logs and alerts, with balance and quota probes on every AI provider. The system warns before it goes silent.
The multi-tenant phone system
Cloud PBX, hosted PBX or phone system, depending on who is asking. Extensions, automatic phone provisioning and white-label for resellers. It is in production at a telecoms operator in the United States, where it already carries virtually the whole operation and is replacing the previous system. It is deployed per project, together with the customer's carrier.
Where it runs
A dedicated server per deployment, in whichever jurisdiction the customer needs. In production today: our own nodes in Helsinki, Finland (European Union), and the US operator's phone system on its own infrastructure. We also keep our own capacity in Germany, not in production today, brought up when a customer requires data residency there. There is no shared SaaS pooling several customers' data.
What Sariphone does not do today
This section exists because the distinction matters: some things are built but cannot be sold yet.
- ×We do not sell lines, phone numbers, number porting or calling minutes from this site. Sariphone is deployed per project, with the customer's carrier.
- ×Microsoft Teams Direct Routing is implemented in the product, but untested against Microsoft and not in use in any deployment. We do not offer it until it is validated.
- ×STIR/SHAKEN signing is implemented — policy, PKI, certificates and attestation — but untested live and with no carrier behind it. There is no signing in operation today.
- ×There is no billing or card payment, and we do not sell hardware.
